Azithromycin Formulations

AZOM DRY SYRUP
Azithromycin 200 mg./5 ml

Azom contains Azithromycin which is a Macrolide antibiotic and acts by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit of susceptible organisms, thus inhibits microbial protein synthesis. It has well established pharmacokinetic profile with its bioavailability of 37%. It is indicated in Lower and Upper Respiratory Tract Infections, Uncomplicated Skin Infections, Acute Streptococcal Pharyngitis or Tonsilities. Azom Dry Syrup is a dosage form for pediatric use in a palatable taste.


AZOM 100 D. TABLETS
Azithromycin 100 mg.

Azom contains Azithromycin representing Macrolide antibiotic inhibits microbial protein synthesis. It has well established pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic profile. Roxcure contains Roxithromycin which is an Macrolide antibiotic. It acts by binding to 50S subunits of the 70S ribosome, thereby disrupting bacterial protein synthesis. It get rapidly absorbed. It is indicated in Upper respiratory infections, Dental infections, Community acquired pneumonia, Skin infections and Non-gonococcal urethritis.

Roxithromycin 150 mg. & Serratiopeptidase 10 mg. Tab.

Roxcure SP contains combinations of Roxithromycin and Serratiopeptidase. Roxithromycin is an macrolide antibiotic which acts by binding to 50S subunits of the 70S ribosome, thereby disrupting bacterial protein synthesis where as serratiopeptidase is anti-inflammatory. It is indicated in Upper respiratory infections, Dental infections, Community acquired pneumonia, Skin infections and Non-gonococcal urethritis.
