​Pamol P contains combination of Paracetamol and promethazine. Paracetomol is a nonopiate analgesic and antipyretic and Promethazine is first-generation H1 receptor antagonist. It is indicated in Hayfever, Allergic rhinitis, Nausea, Adjunct treatment for Anaphylactic conditions, also used together with Codeine or Dextromethorphan against cough.
