​Safedinir brand contains Cefdinir  which belongs to third generation Cephalosporin antibiotic. It acts by inhibiting protein synthesis where it inhibits transpeptidation step. It is indicated in  Community acquired pneumonia, Acute Otitis Media, Acute maxillary sinusitis, Pharyngitis, Uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections.
