DSIR-Approved R&D Center

Formulation Development and Technology Transfer

At the core of Finecure’s dual-strength manufacturing model is a DSIR-approved Research & Development centre. It bridges advanced scientific formulation and large industrial scale, serving as the innovation hub for the branded Rx portfolio and for global CDMO partners.

Finecure’s Formulation and Development team operates from a DSIR-recognised research centre, recognised by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India. The team develops complex generics, modified-release systems and fixed-dose combinations, and transfers them to commercial scale within the same organisation.

Development work concentrates on the problems that decide whether a formulation survives a regulated market: stability of moisture-sensitive molecules, dissolution consistency across the strengths of a combination product, and gastric tolerability in analgesic and anti-inflammatory ranges. Each is validated for quality and stability rather than asserted.

Because development and manufacture sit in one company, a technology transfer does not cross an organisational boundary. Scale-up runs on the same equipment trains that will produce the commercial batches, which removes the most common source of transfer failure.

Advanced Formulation & Development (F&D) Capabilities

An experienced F&D team, equipped with modern instrumentation, specialises in the development of complex generics and highly stable formulations that meet evolving global regulatory requirements.

Engineered
  • Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS)
Expertise in Sustained-Release (SR), Extended-Release (ER), and multi-particulate dosage forms.
  • Complex OSDs
Command of moisture-sensitive and highly potent molecules for optimal bioavailability.
