Nimesulide
Nimkul contains Nimesulide which is COX-2 selective, Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID) which has Analgesic & Antipyretic properties. It works by blocking the production of Cyclooxygenase, which inhibits the production of prostaglandins in the body thus blocking the release of certain chemical messengers which cause inflammation, pain, and fever .It is indicated in Acute pain, symptomatic treatment of Osteoarthritis & Primary dysmenorrhoea in adolescents, Chronic inflammation, Sports injuries, Dental & post-operative pain.
