ASSOCHAM India organized a Leadership Summit that brought together leading lights from all spheres of industry and society. The summit was well executed and served as a powerful catalyst to align leaders and help them develop solutions to problems, introduce new strategies and fuel growth and collaboration in their respective industries. It is amazing how, year after year, ASSOCHAM never fails to get the very best people in the personal growth and leadership space. Starting with an inspiring keynote address by the well know cricketer cum politician Mr. Kirti Azad the summit hosted an array of accomplished professionals who liberally offered their experiences and counsel. Speaking on the occasion Mr. Vishal Rajgarhia, Director, Finecure Pharma said that his image of a leader is someone who can fashion a vision for the future, articulate that vision well and use it to inspire his people. Building a strong dependable team, providing instruction and training and setting clear goals and expectations are some of the things leaders need to be really good at. Everyone is a born leader, he said, how one uses his God given skills determined whether you are a good leader or an average one. He went on to say that true leaders also need to master three key qualities to have a true impact: discipline, determination, and dedication. As a leader one should make these two phrases a part of one’s vocabulary, “I have noticed,” and “You matter.” Furthermore, a true leader, he said, will make only those decisions that only he can make, the rest should be delegated to the people who work for you and here your favourite words should be ‘I trust you’ and ‘you decide.’ In this leadership summit, the company got recognized with ASSOCHAM National Leadership Excellence Award and we are humbled to receive this recognition and thank all stakeholders.
