Aceclofenac belongs to Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs category that relieves pain & inflammation through a variety of mechanisms & in addition exerts stimulatory effects on cartilage matrix synthesis. It inhibits various mediators of pain & inflammation. Paracetamol is a Nonopiate analgesic & antipyretic due to inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Serratiopeptidase being proteolytic enzyme provides relief towards pain & inflammation isolated from the non-pathogenic enterobacteria Serratia E15. It induces fibrinolytic, anti-inflammatory & anti-edemic activity in a number of tissues, & that its anti-inflammatory effects are superior to other proteolytic enzymes. Besides reducing inflammation, one of Serratiopeptidase most profound benefits is reduction of pain, due to its ability to block the release of pain-inducing amines from inflamed tissues. It is indicated in Lower back pain, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Post traumatic pain, Ankylosing spondylitis, Cervical pain & Dental pain.
