Esomeprazole + Levosulpiride
Esomcure L contains combination of Esomeprazole & Levosulpiride. Esomeprazole is S-enantiomer of omeprazole more effective at controlling gastric acidity ˃ pH 4 for more than16 h than Lansoprazole. Levosulpiride Increases the movement of stomach and intestines, and prevents reflux. Over all dyspeptic symptom relief rates were significantly high in the Levosulpiride group as compare to Domperidone and Metoclopramide groups. Esomcure L is indicated in GERD Treatment , Dyspepsia , H.Pylori (in combination with clarithromycin or amoxicillin) ,Healing and maintenance of Erosive esophagitis ,Peptic ulcer especially NSAIDS-associated , Pathological hyper secretory condition e.g. : Zollinger-Ellison ,Dyspepsia
