Nimkul Para contains Nimesulide & Paracetamol. Nimesulide is COX-2 selective, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which has analgesic & antipyretic properties & Paracetamol is a nonopiate analgesic & antipyretic. Combination works by increasing the pain threshold and increases the blood flow across the skin, heat loss and sweating; blocking the production of prostaglandins thereby relieving pain and inflammation.It is safe & effective in long term treatment of Osteoarthritis, Dysmenorrhea & Fever
